Export and Sales Operator
The export and commercial operator manages the export and commercial data (invoicing, follow-up of files, etc.) in the system.
His/her tasks :
- encode the export and invoicing data in the system,
- generate documents (invoice, proforma, specification, transit order, etc.),
- check the export and billing data entered into the system,
- configure master data,
- manage commercial contracts,
- analyse export and invoice data,
- reporting and collaboration.
