Commercial Operator
The Commercial Operator manages the commercial data (invoicing, follow-up of files, etc) in the system.
His/her tasks :
- encode the invoicing data in the system,
- generate documents (invoice, proforma, specification, transit order, etc.),
- check the billing data entered into the system ,
- configure master data,
- manage commercial contracts,
- analysing invoice data,
- reporting and collaboration.
